(The AI Era Strategy Workshop · one day, paid)

A full day. Your leadership team. Real alignment on where you actually stand.

Most leadership teams are planning for a world that’s changing faster than their planning cycle. Not because they’re complacent, but because they’re busy, the signals are mixed, and nobody’s put the full picture in the room clearly enough to act on. That’s what this day does.

Book the Workshop

Already convinced, and your team just needs to see the argument applied to your business? This is your starting point. No need for the seminar first.

(The day)

Five stages, each building on the last.

01Understanding the environment. What the data actually shows, why this transition is structurally different from previous cycles, the three scenarios for the next decade, and why inaction is a compounding risk, not a neutral choice.
02The cascading risks. Labour market shifts, consumer spend compression, supplier instability, customer concentration, credit environment, regulatory exposure, and how they compound rather than sit in isolation.
03Your situational audit. The risk map for this business: where it stands today, which direction it's heading, and the two or three risks that need immediate attention.
04Your defensibility audit. What your competitive position is actually worth, which defences are dissolving under automation, where a blank-slate competitor beats you, and where you hold.
05Your direction. A rough-cut read on what the day's revealed and where the priorities sit: enough to leave aligned on the shape of the problem, and clear on whether to commit to a full diagnostic next.

The format.

Six hours

Full day, including working breaks.

Twelve

Participants at most. Your leadership team, in one room.

In person

South West UK and London. Other locations on request.

Calibrated

A short situational assessment beforehand, so the day fits the room.

Teams ready to commit after the day move next into a fixed-scope diagnostic: verified data, a full audit, the actual roadmap. That’s a separate engagement, not something a single day can responsibly produce.

Who this is for.

Leadership teams of established owner-managed businesses running something viable in a difficult environment, where the pressure is real but hard to name. This day names it, maps it to the business specifically, and gets the team aligned on what to do next.

What this isn’t.

Not a ChatGPT training session.
Not a technology briefing.
Not a vendor pitch.
Not a finished roadmap. That comes later, once the numbers are actually verified.

(The foundation)

Built on Investing Through Disruption, published by Angel Investors Bristol in May 2026 following five months of research by a six-person working group that we led. The three economic scenarios underpinning the day extend the World Economic Forum’s Four Futures analysis, adapted for the UK context and grounded in current ONS, GfK and IMF data.
